This Casaloma™ electric fireplace is a perfect no-fuss fireplace for houses, condos, or apartments. It allows today's homeowner to add a fireplace to most any room including bathrooms, bedrooms, and sitting rooms. Just assemble the parts and plug it in...it couldn't be easier. The fireplace can be purchased with a flat mantel included (see item EFM31, EFM31B) or a corner cabinet (see item EFMC31B, EFMC31LO) or can be installed into a custom or existing enclosure. The faceplate with louvers and lower panel are included. A decorative door is also an option. This electric fireplace includes a 5,000 BTU heater and fan. It is tested in Canada and the U.S. to the CSA C22.246 / UL 1278 heating standard. The realistic flame is adjustable for height and speed. The exclusive Phazer log set with glowing embers is also included.
